Assessment Payment Options

Assessment payments are due the 1st  of each quarter in the months of January, April, July, and October. Your Association account number is required. If you need to verify your Association account number, or need assistance with making your first payment online, please contact the Customer Service department at 757-995-1387, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

2023 Assessments are $160.00 per quarter.

For faster payment processing, UPA encourages the following methods of payment to be used:

  • Mail payments to Wellington Park C/O UPA, P O Box 844565, Boston, MA 02284  *Please include payment coupon and account number on your check*
  • Free ACH Debit –  Download Debit Authorization form complete form and email it to [email protected] or mail form to the address provided on form.
  • Debit/Credit Card – Go to https://www.gozego.com/ to make payments with a debit or credit card.  Click on Make a Payment. Gozego.com charges a processing fee of $2.95 for payments made with a checking or savings account. If paying via debit card the processing fee is $5.95 or credit card, the processing fee is $2.95 plus 3% of the total payment.
  • Online – If you plan to pay your assessment through online banking, please direct your financial institution to include your account number and to send all payments directly to: Wellington Park Homeowners Association C/O United Property Associates, P.O. Box 844565, Boston, MA  02284-4565
  • Payments can be made at the Harbour View Office at 5849 Harbour View Blvd. Suite 200, Suffolk, VA 23435.  Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (As of Monday, October 18, 2021, UPA’s Suffolk office location will be temporarily closed to all visitors while remodeling is being complete.  Construction is planned to be completed by January 2022. )

Payments will be delayed if they are dropped at a UPA office. 

They are not processed locally.
